MICROWAVED BAKED POTATOES 1

Ingredients :

4 medium potatoes Preparation :

• Wash and clean 4 medium potatoes well and pierce them.

• Place in a pyrex container covered with film.

• Cook for a maximum of 10 to 12 minutes.

• Remove and wrap while still hot in aluminum foil. Let stand for 5 minutes.

• Open at the table and add cream cheese or butter in the center
