Ingredients :

2 pounds of steak or rib-eye steak cut into two-inch pieces
1/4 cup of schug or any ground chili-based sauce
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
Preparation:
Place the steak, schug, oil, salt, and sugar in a zip-top bag or covered container and let marinate for 1 to 24 hours.
Skewer the meat onto skewers.
Cook on a hot grill for 6 minutes per side.
ALTERNATIVE TO THE GRILL
Cook on the oven grill for 7 minutes per side.
