MEAT SKEWERS WITH GROUND CHILI

Ingredients :


For 4 people

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 12 minutes

  • 2 pounds of steak or rib-eye steak cut into two-inch pieces

  • 1/4 cup of schug or any ground chili-based sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar


Preparation:

  • Place the steak, schug, oil, salt, and sugar in a zip-top bag or covered container and let marinate for 1 to 24 hours.

  • Skewer the meat onto skewers.

  • Cook on a hot grill for 6 minutes per side.

ALTERNATIVE TO THE GRILL

Cook on the oven grill for 7 minutes per side.
