LEMON OR ORANGE SPONGE CAKE

INGREDIENTS :

• 1 loaf of margarine

• 1 1/2 cups sugar

• 2 cups self-rising flour

• 4 yolks

• 1 splash of milk

• Zest of 1 lemon or orange

• Juice of 1 1/2 lemons or oranges

• 4 egg whites until stiff

Preparation

• Mix everything.

• Medium oven.
