Ingredients: leek , eggs , mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone cheeses, cream, salt, and pepper . Oven-baked dough DIRECTIONS . Bake the tart first, then sauté the leek and then stir in the beaten eggs and cream. Place grated mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on the tart crust, then top with the leek and provolone cheese, and finally, pour in the eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 30 minutes at 380°F.
