Ingredients : 500 g of 0000 flour 50 g of yeast 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 cup of warm water
Stuffed Mass: Dissolve the yeast with the warm water and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, let it foam. Place the flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Mix well. Pour the yeast into the bowl containing the flour, mix, and form the dough. If necessary, add more warm water, always a little at a time. Let the dough rest covered, until it doubles in volume (the recipe says 2 hours)
Stuffed : Place the minced meat in a bowl with the tomato puree, grated onion, ketchup, salt, sugar, and baharat. Mix well until you get a homogeneous preparation. Finally, add the lemon juice and let it rest for an hour in the refrigerator. Take the dough, deflate it and make small balls, stretch them with the rolling pin, giving them a 5 cm diameter circle shape. Place it on a baking sheet brushed with oil and place a spoonful of the meat mixture on each circle. Bake in a hot oven until the dough and minced meat are cooked.
