Chop the onion and put it on the heat in a pan with oil.
Sift 1 kilo of flour into a bowl. Add a tablespoon of salt.
In another bowl, pour 1 cup of warm water and mix it with the yeast. Add 7 tablespoons of oil.
Combine the two bowls and mix everything together. Add enough water to form a dough.
When the dough is ready, let it rest for 30 minutes.
In another bowl, put 1 kilo of minced meat and squeeze the juice of 2 lemons into it.
Add 1 box of tomato puree (520 gr) + cumin (to taste), + 1 pinch of allspice + salt (to taste) + sugar (to taste).
When the onion is ready, add approximately 5 tablespoons of onion to the minced meat.
Take small pieces of the dough, stretch it, and fill it with the bowl containing the minced meat and the aforementioned seasonings.
Spray the tray with oil and then place it in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes at maximum temperature.
