Ingredients :
Preparation : Fry 2 large chopped onions and add 1/2 kg of ground beef. Season with salt and baharat. Mash with a fork while cooking until the meat is browned and crumbly. It should be dry. Cover ½ kg of fine bulgur wheat with warm water for half an hour and squeeze. Add 2 cups of breadcrumbs, 3 cups of all-purpose flour, sweet paprika, and salt. Knead well. Make a 20cm x 2cm cylinder and cut it into equal portions. Form balls. Place one ball in your wet hand, hollow it out and smooth it out with your finger, and fill it with the meat. Close and fry in a small pot with plenty of very hot oil. They can be frozen raw and fried without defrosting.
