Ingredients : 1 250 cc pot of double whipped cream, 350 grs. of melted Mantecol, 350 g of vanilla ice cream (good quality)
Preparation : Mix everything in the processor until a smooth cream forms (use the plastic utensil) Place in a deep container, cover with nuts or grated chocolate, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Half an hour before serving, remove from the refrigerator.
