JALVA ICE CREAM OR PARFAIT (ISRAELI STYLE)

Ingredients :

  • 1 250 cc pot of double whipped cream,

  • 350 grs. of melted Mantecol,

  • 350 g of vanilla ice cream (good quality)



Preparation :

  • Mix everything in the processor until a smooth cream forms (use the plastic utensil)

  • Place in a deep container, cover with nuts or grated chocolate, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

  • Half an hour before serving, remove from the refrigerator.
