ITALIAN CAPRESE SALAD

Ingredients :

  • Sundried tomatoes,

  • salt,

  • boiling water,

  • garlic,

  • oregano,

  • ground chili,

  • olive,

  • boccocinos,

  • basil,

  • black olives



Preparation ::

  • Soak the sun-dried tomatoes in salt and boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain.

  • Cover them with chopped garlic, oregano and ground chili.

  • Place them on a platter around the rim. Place the boccoccinos in the center and cover with basil, olive oil, and halved black olives.
