HUMMUS 1

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups of cooked chickpeas,

  • 2/3 cup sesame paste (tahini)

  • ¾ cup lemon juice,

  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic,

  • 1 tsp salt,

  • ½ tsp cumin



Preparation :

  • Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

  • Store in the refrigerator and serve very cold.
