Recipe:
150 grams of dark chocolate
75 grams of butter or margarine
Melting together in the micro.
In a mixer whisk 2 eggs and 150 grams of sugar until you get an airy texture.
Add the melted chocolate to the egg batter and sugar, 30 grams of cocoa, a pinch of salt and a handful of chocolate chips and mix for another round until all the ingredients are absorbed.
Move to the fridge for 30 minutes to stabilize.
