Ingredients :

• Eggplants

• Red bell pepper

• Green bell pepper

• Onions

Preparation :

• Peel and cut the eggplants into sticks and fry.

• Peel and slice the onions and fry.

• Then, roast the bell peppers, peel them and cut them into sticks.

• Season with salt and vinegar.
