Ingredients : 2 avocados 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 cup whipping cream, 300 grams of cherry tomatoes, 50 grams of butter, sugar, salt and pepper
Preparation : Open the avocados and remove the pulp. Blend with lemon juice, 1 tbsp. sugar, salt, pepper, and cream until smooth. Cut the tomatoes in half, sauté them in butter, season with 1 teaspoon of sugar, salt, and pepper. Distribute them in glasses and cover with the avocado cream.
