CHOCOLATE BOMBS

Ingredients :

  • 60 gr. of butter,

  • 2 egg yolks,

  • ¾ cup powdered sugar (sifted),

  • 250 gr. of chocolate,

  • 2 tbsp of Nesquik,

  • 2 tbsp rum (optional)



Preparation:

  • Beat the butter with the egg yolks and sugar until white.

  • Soften the chocolate in a double boiler and add it.

  • Add the rum and Nesquik.

  • Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

  • Form balls and roll them in Nesquik or sprinkles.
