Ingredients: FOR 4 GUESTS 4 chicken breasts cut into small pieces, 2 whole green onions (green parts included), 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 2 celery wedges, 1 zucchini, 1 carrot, 4 cabbage leaves, 1/4kg bean sprouts
Directions: Cut all the vegetables into thin strips. The green onion is sautéed in a bottom of olive oil with the chicken until it is cooked, once cooked, add the vegetables and sauté them with the chicken until they soften just a little, at this point the bean sprouts are added. Finish by stirring all the wok and its ingredients with a jet of sauce soy. Optional: you can add toasted and peeled almonds and/or mushrooms. It is served with white rice.
