CHEESECAKE (ZULEMA P) 4

INGREDIENTS : Dough :

• 6 eggs

• 4 tbsp sugar and half a glass more

• 4 tbsp oil

• Salt

• Vanilla essence

• 4 tbsp all-purpose flour

• 1 tsp. of Royal

StuffING

• 2 pots of Mendicrim

• 1 tbsp cornstarch

• 2 egg yolks

• 1 glass of sugar

• Vanilla essence

• 6 egg whites to snow

Preparation

• Mix 4 egg yolks with 4 tablespoons of sugar, the oil, salt, essence, flour, and baking powder. Make a dough and line a mold or Pyrex pan.

• Separately, mix the Mendicrim with the cornstarch, 2 egg yolks, 1/2 cup of sugar, and the essence.

• Cover with the 6 egg whites beaten with 1/2 cup of sugar.

• Bake in a medium oven until the egg whites are golden brown.
