Grease a medium-sized mold.
Crumble a package of vanilla wafers and make a layer of it on the bottom of the pan. Reserve a little of the crumbled mixture to put on top of the mixture.
Mix two eggs, half a kilo of white cheese and a can of condensed milk.
Add on top of the vanilla mattress.
Cover the mixture with the remaining dissolved vanilla extract.
Place it in the oven over medium heat until cooked, which will depend on the oven time (approx. half an hour).
Cool and cut into squares.
