CHALLAH 3 (PNINA W)

Ingredients: 2 kg of ALL PURPOSE flour + 1 cup plus 6 tablespoons of dry yeast 4 cups of warm water 2 cups of sugar 5 cups of flour 3 eggs 1 1/2 cups of oil 2 tablespoons of salt Procedure: Pour together the first ingredients up to the sugar and let it rest until it becomes foamy. Add the 5 cups of flour, eggs, oil and salt. Mix well Add the rest of the flour and mix for 10 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour. Take a piece of challah and make the beracha. Burn the corresponding part. Assemble the challah shapes. Bake until golden brown on top at 180 degrees, medium oven for 25 to 40 minutes.
