CAULIFLOWER AND LEEKS QUICHE

Ingredients: 9 tbsp flour 6 tbsp oil 9 tbsp water salt steamed cauliflower, chopped or 1 bag of frozen chopped cauliflower 1/2 onion 2 leeks, chopped and sautéed 40 g grated Pateras cheese 1 beaten egg Procedure: Make the dough and rest for 15 minutes. Then press it with a rolling pin and cover a pie dish. Mix the ingredients and fill the pie. Bake in a medium oven until golden brown.
