Preparation Cut the apples with a potato peeler. Place the caramel in a dish measuring approximately 22 cm by 5 cm. Place a layer of apples. Then, dust the apples with flour. Then, place another layer of apples and sprinkle with 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar. Then, place another layer of apples and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Repeat, placing the layers of apples, alternating the flour, sugar, and cinnamon on each layer of apples until you reach the top. It should be quite high. Cover with the mixture of 3 beaten eggs mixed with the milk. Cook until the toothpick comes out dry. Unmold and serve with cream ice cream or natural cream
