Caramel Apple Crumble 3

INGREDIENTS

for approx. 6

  • 2kg of green apples

  • Flour

  • Sugar (or powdered sweetener)

  • Cinnamon

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 1/12 cups milk

  • Prepare plenty of caramel (or diet syrup)



Preparation

  • Cut the apples with a potato peeler.

  • Place the caramel in a dish measuring approximately 22 cm by 5 cm.

  • Place a layer of apples. Then, dust the apples with flour. Then, place another layer of apples and sprinkle with 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar. Then, place another layer of apples and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Repeat, placing the layers of apples, alternating the flour, sugar, and cinnamon on each layer of apples until you reach the top. It should be quite high.

  • Cover with the mixture of 3 beaten eggs mixed with the milk.

  • Cook until the toothpick comes out dry.

  • Unmold and serve with cream ice cream or natural cream
