Caramel Apple Crumble 2

2 kg green apples, 1 cup sugar, 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, 2 eggs. Caramelize a Pyrex dish. Cover with finely sliced green apples. Alternate with flour and sugar. Repeat 4 times. Cover with 2 beaten eggs. Bake in a bain-marie in a moderate oven for 30 minutes. |
