ingredients : 1 bunch of purple lettuce l medium head of nasturtium lettuce 1 bunch of curly endive 1 bunch butterhead lettuce 1 cup of light mayonnaise thinned with 1/2 cup of milk 1 large clove of grated garlic (remove the center) 1/2 cup coarsely grated provolone cheese bread croutons
Preparation : Wash the lettuce and drain it well, cut it into large pieces with your hands (not with a knife), Add the mayonnaise well beaten with the milk (emulsify until it thickens again) with the grated garlic sprinkle with cheese and add the croutons. You can also add chunky smoked salmon.
