BEEF KREPLAJ (AUNT LOLA)

Ingredients: Dough

  • 3 cups self-rising flour

  • 3 fresh eggs, not from the refrigerator

  • 1 teaspoon of salt taste to your liking

  • 3 tablespoons of oil

  • 5 to 10 tablespoons of ice water

Filling: 1 kg of boiled meat (roast beef, backbone, etc.) Leftover chicken: 3 chicken livers, 2 large onions sautéed with salt, pepper, and oil. Procedure: Prepare the dough and let it rest. Grind the filling ingredients and then cut the dough with a scoop. Close like knishes and boil. Serve in soup or with sauce.
