BEEF FRIED RICE INSTAPOT

INGREDIENTS :
Preparation 1 Set the pressure cooker to stir-fry mode. Add the oil and sauté the meat until crispy. Add the eggs and sauté, stirring constantly, until scrambled. 2 Remove the meat and eggs from the cooker and place them in a large bowl or saucepan. 3 Add the rice, soy sauce, and broth to the cooker. Lock the lid and close the pressure valve. 4 Cook for 14 minutes on manual high pressure. Naturally release the pressure for 20 minutes, then manually release the pressure. 5 Pour the rice into the bowl with the meat and eggs. Add the thawed mixed vegetables and stir to combine. Serve hot. |
