Banana Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white

  • 1/2 cup of sugar

  • 200cc of cream

  • juice of half a lemon or 2 tbsp

Preparation:

  • Beat 1 egg white and when it starts to become foamy, slowly add 1/4 cup of sugar. While continuing to beat until it forms a stiff peak.

  • 200cc of whipped cream, whipped to a medium point before Chantilly.

  • Mash 1 cup of bananas and add another 1/4 cup of sugar.

  • Add the juice of half a lemon or 2 tbsp.

  • Mix in an enveloping manner
