BAKED CHICKEN WITH BEER MUSTARD AND HONEY SAUCE

Making this baked chicken at home is so easy and it turns out so delicious. Just follow a few simple steps and your chicken is ready.
Ingredients:
1 large whole chicken, cleaned and chopped
To marinate:
120 ml of beer
3 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of mustard
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 medium onion, grated
3 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
1 pinch of salt (remember that soy and mustard are salty)
Pepper to taste
Preparation:
First, mix all the ingredients for the marinade. In a bowl, add the honey, mustard, mayonnaise, soy sauce, grated onion, and crushed garlic.
Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Set aside.
Then we wash the chicken well and dry it on paper towels, we spread it very well with the marinade (it is preferable to use disposable gloves for this)
We place the chicken in a well-greased baking dish in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap, for 3 to 4 hours , turning it over every hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
After the time has passed in the refrigerator, we take the chicken out of the refrigerator and add the beer to one side of the mold.
Place the chicken in the oven to bake for 45 minutes, covered with aluminum foil.
When the 45 minutes have passed, turn the chicken to the other side and baste with the sauce, leave it for 45 more minutes "without the aluminum foil" until it is cooked and golden brown.
This recipe is very simple to make and the result is very tasty.
