Ingredients : 3 yolks, 3 eggs, 75 g of fresh yeast, ¼ l of warm milk , 1 kg common flour 0000, 250 gr soft butter, 200 g sugar, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp orange blossom water, Lemon zest, 2 tbsp Orange zest, 1 tbsp Rum, 1 small glass Malt extract, 1 tsp dissolved in a little water, chocolate chips or nuts and almonds, 2 paper molds for sweet bread,
Preparation Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk. Add 300g of flour. Mix and form a soft dough. Place in a bag in the refrigerator until it doubles in volume. Place the remaining flour on the counter in a ring shape. In the center, place 2 eggs and 3 yolks, the softened butter, sugar, salt, orange blossom water, and the remaining ingredients. Add the risen dough little by little. The dough will be soft. Do not knead, just combine. Add the chocolate or fruit. Return the bag to the refrigerator and let it rise. Then divide into 2 and place each one in a paper sweet bread mold, resting on a baking sheet. Cut a cross in the top. Brush with beaten egg yolk and a little melted butter and let rise again for 10 minutes. Turn on the oven and cook it at a little less than medium until it is well browned (approximately 1 hour)
