WHOLE CORN WITH GARLIC in INSTAPOT

GLUTEN FREE, PARVE, VEGAN HANDY TIME: 3 minutes PRESSURE TIME: 10 minutes COOK TIME: 3 minutes BUTTON TO USE: Pressure Cook RELEASE TYPE: Quick Release PREP AHEAD: Can be made 2 days ahead Serves 4, can cook up to 6 Ingredients :

  • 1 cup (236m1) of water

  • 4 ears of corn, hulled, split in half, or whole

  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt,

  • black pepper to taste



Preparation

  • Place water in the inner pot and insert the steam rack. Place the corn on the cob on top of the rack.

  • Lock the lid, making sure the steam release handle is in the Seal position. Press the pressure cook button and set the cooking time to 3 minutes.

  • While the corn is cooking, place the oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix well.

  • When the cooking time is complete, turn the steam release knob to the vent position to quickly release the pressure. Press Cancel and remove the lid.

  • Carefully remove the corn to a serving platter. Brush the garlic mixture all over the ears and serve.
