TEA COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 4-5 cups self-rising flour

  • 2 cups of sugar

  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup of oil

  • ½ cup milk or milk substitute

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring




Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  • Place the flour, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

  • Make a well in the center and add the remaining ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. The dough will be stiff.

  • Place on a lightly floured surface and knead. Roll out and cut with a cup.

  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned.

  • Chill and enjoy.
