Ingredients 4-5 cups self-rising flour 2 cups of sugar ¼ teaspoon of salt 2 eggs ½ cup of oil ½ cup milk or milk substitute 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
Preparation Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place the flour, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center and add the remaining ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. The dough will be stiff. Place on a lightly floured surface and knead. Roll out and cut with a cup. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned. Chill and enjoy.
