Swiss Chard or Spinach Flan

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 Kg. of chard,

  • 1 grated onion,

  • 1 grated carrot,

  • 3 tbsp. grated cheese,

  • 1/2 l of hot milk,

  • 5 eggs,

  • Salt and pepper,

  • Garlic and parsley

  • Cream cheese



Preparation :

  • Boil and chop the chard. Add the onion, carrot, cheese, and seasonings. Beat the eggs and add the milk. Pour over the chard.

  • Place in a pudding dish greased with cream cheese.

  • Bake in a bain-marie for 50 or 60 minutes.

  • Serve warm.
