Ingredients : 1/2 Kg. of chard, 1 grated onion, 1 grated carrot, 3 tbsp. grated cheese, 1/2 l of hot milk, 5 eggs, Salt and pepper, Garlic and parsley Cream cheese
Preparation : Boil and chop the chard. Add the onion, carrot, cheese, and seasonings. Beat the eggs and add the milk. Pour over the chard. Place in a pudding dish greased with cream cheese. Bake in a bain-marie for 50 or 60 minutes. Serve warm.
