SUPER EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE /

INGREDIENTS


1 package of chocolate cake mix

1 package of instant chocolate dessert

3/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup chocolate mint liqueur

4 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

170 g of chocolate chips


PREPARATION


1. Preheat oven to 160°C.

2. Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased Savarin mold.

3. Bake for 50-60 minutes.


For the glaze, I used a combination of powdered sugar, cocoa, a pinch of peppermint extract, and a little water or orange juice. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to the exact quantities.


A tip for frosting cakes: I always place four pieces of parchment paper under the cake so the frosting drips onto the paper and not onto the plate I'm serving it on. When the frosting has hardened, I remove the paper and have a beautifully frosted cake with no residue on the plate.
