SUGAR-FREE CHOCOLATE AND CREAM CHEESE MOUSSE

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese

  • 4 squares of sugar-free chocolate (tempered)

  • ½ teaspoon powdered or liquid stevia

  • ¼ teaspoon monk fruit extract

  • 1 cup heavy cream



Preparation

  • Baitr the cheese, stevia and monk fruit extract.

  • Melt the chocolate and slowly add the cream cheese mixture.

  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms high, light, stiff peaks. Fold in 1 cup of the cream cheese mixture at a time.

  • Pour into individual serving dishes.

Yields: 2 x 5 oz. servings

Preparation time: 15 minutes
