Mix everything well and then put on medium-high heat and stir until thickened, then place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap, put in the refrigerator and let cool. 2. Then place on the cookie base and decorate with whole or chopped strawberries or whatever fruit you want. 3. If you can get it in your country, place strawberry jelly on top. Dilute it in hot water, put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes and when it is a little thick, place it on the strawberries in the cake. 5.
