SALMON CREPES

Ingredients:

  • Thin, savory crepes or pancakes.

  • 1 avocado,

  • 1 pot of cream,

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice,

  • black pepper,

  • filleted salmon,

  • caviar for decoration,

  • 1 bundle of recoil

  • and olive oil



Preparation

  • Blend the silver, cream, lemon, salt, and pepper. Spread the crepes with the mixture, along with 2 slices of salmon.

  • Fold into handkerchiefs and place on recula leaves seasoned with olive oil and salt.

  • Add salmon caviar for garnish
