PUTTANESCA SAUCE

Ingredients :

  • 6 cloves of garlic

  • 6 tbsp of oil

  • 6 anchovy fillets

  • 6 black olives

  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1/2 glass dry white wine

  • 25 g butter

  • 1 tbsp ground chili

  • 1 vegetable stock cube



Preparation :

  • Sauté 6 crushed garlic cloves in 6 tablespoons of oil.

  • Add 6 chopped anchovy fillets and 6 thinly sliced black olives.

  • Sauté everything and process until you get a paste, put it in a pan and add 1 can of chopped tomatoes with their juice, 1 bay leaf, 1/2 glass of good dry white wine, 25 g of margarine, 1 tablespoon of ground chili and a vegetable stock cube.

  • Let it thicken a little and that's it.
