Ingredients :
Preparation : Sauté 6 crushed garlic cloves in 6 tablespoons of oil. Add 6 chopped anchovy fillets and 6 thinly sliced black olives. Sauté everything and process until you get a paste, put it in a pan and add 1 can of chopped tomatoes with their juice, 1 bay leaf, 1/2 glass of good dry white wine, 25 g of margarine, 1 tablespoon of ground chili and a vegetable stock cube. Let it thicken a little and that's it.
