PUMPKIN PIE

Ingredients

(for 3 servings)

  • 1 small pumpkin (800 grams to 1 kilo),

  • 1 heaped tablespoon of flour,

  • 2 small eggs,

  • 3 tablespoons of grated cheese (OPTIONAL),

  • salt and nutmeg to taste.



Preparation

  • To begin making this pumpkin pudding, we must peel and wash the vegetable, then cut it into slices and bake it on a baking sheet until tender.

  • Remove the pumpkin from the oven and place it in a food processor along with the eggs , the tablespoon of flour, the grated cheese (OPTIONAL), salt, and nutmeg to taste. Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth, lump-free.

  • In a baking dish lined with aluminum foil and lightly oiled, pour the mixture into the oven and bake at a moderate temperature for 30 to 40 minutes.

  • We remove it and it is ready to consume.
