Bread in 10 minutes! No oven required! It's the most delicious thing I've ever eaten! Anyone can make it.
Pita bread (flourless recipe)

Ingredients:
• 2 cups of almond flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (make sure it's gluten-free if needed)
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (optional, to give a little natural yeast)
• 2 tablespoons of water (you can adjust according to the consistency)
Instructions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the liquid ingredients: In another bowl, beat the eggs, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar (if using).
3. Blend the mixtures: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until you get a smooth dough. If the dough is too dry, add a little water, a tablespoon at a time, until it reaches a manageable consistency.
4. Form the loaves: Divide the dough into small, walnut-sized balls. Using your hands or a rolling pin, flatten them into discs about 1 cm thick.
5. Cook: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook each dough disc for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and bubbly, similar to traditional pita bread.
6. Let it rest: Remove the breads from the pan and let them cool slightly before serving.
