PHILLADELPHIA NEW YORK CHEESECAKE 1

Ingredients :

Base :

  • 15 crushed vanilla pods

  • 60 gr. of butter

StuffING

  • 720 g cheese (3 packages of cream cheese)

  • 180 g of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

  • 4 yolks

  • 4 egg whites until stiff




Base Preparation :

  • Process the vanilla and mix with the melted butter.

  • Place in a greased and floured 22cm pan. Press firmly into shape. Place in the freezer.

StuFFING

  • Beat the cheese with 120 g of sugar and the essence.

  • Add the egg yolks one at a time. Beat well.

  • Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the remaining sugar little by little until a meringue forms.

  • Mix gently with the previous preparation.

  • Place the filling in the freezer mold.

  • Bake for 40 minutes in a moderate oven
