ORANGE SWEET CREAM PUDDING

Ingredients :

  • 1 liter of milk

  • 1 orange,

  • 250 g of powdered sugar

  • 100 gr of flour,

  • 2 eggs,

  • 6 yolks


Preparation

  • Wash the orange and remove the peel, without the white part.

  • Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the orange peel and bring to a boil.

  • Squeeze the orange.

  • In a bowl, mix the yolks with the sugar and then the juice.

  • Add little by little, stirring with a wooden spoon, the sifted flour and the whole eggs.

  • Slowly pour in the boiling milk using a strainer, stirring to prevent lumps from forming.

  • In the same saucepan as the milk, pour the mixture over low heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until it boils. Cover the saucepan and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 7 or 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Place the cream in individual glasses and sprinkle with cocoa.

  • Serve cold.
