Ingredients : 1 liter of milk 1 orange, 250 g of powdered sugar 100 gr of flour, 2 eggs, 6 yolks
Preparation Wash the orange and remove the peel, without the white part. Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the orange peel and bring to a boil. Squeeze the orange. In a bowl, mix the yolks with the sugar and then the juice. Add little by little, stirring with a wooden spoon, the sifted flour and the whole eggs. Slowly pour in the boiling milk using a strainer, stirring to prevent lumps from forming. In the same saucepan as the milk, pour the mixture over low heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until it boils. Cover the saucepan and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 7 or 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place the cream in individual glasses and sprinkle with cocoa. Serve cold.
