Ingredients : White sauce , 1/2 Kg. of onions, 6 tbsp. of oil, Salt, pepper and sugar, 3 eggs, 50 g grated cheese, Breadcrumbs
Preparation : Prepare a very thick white sauce. Peel the onions and finely chop them. Brown them in the oil. Season with salt and pepper and add a pinch of sugar. Add them to the white sauce. Add three egg yolks and the grated cheese. Mix. Add three egg whites to the snow. Place in a greased Pyrex dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cook in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
