Ingredients: 4 small onions 1 bunch of spring onions oil 200 Gr of mushrooms (One tray) 1 pot of cream 1/2 glass of white wine salt pepper 1 disc of pie dough 150 Gr of cheese per salut or any soft cheese 2 eggs 1 splash of milk 1/2 cup of grated cheese Preparation: 1) Boil 4 small onions or 3 medium ones, plus a bunch of spring onions. (necessary amount of oil to cook the onions) 2) When the onion is transparent add here the mushrooms (one tray) previously cut to taste, in thin slices for example!! 3) When these are cooked (brown), pour into the preparation a small pot of cream. Mix everything. 4) OPTIONAL: add a splash of white wine (it's delicious) 5) Season to taste with salt, pepper, etc. 6) Prepare the pie dish with pie dough and place slices of light or non-light cheese on top. 7) Pour the mixture over the pie crust. 8) Mix one or two eggs, a splash of milk, grated cheese, and pour it over the filling. 9) If you want, put the other lid on, if you want it lighter, don't! 10) Bake in the oven, it takes 20 minutes to bake in a moderate oven!!! |
