MUSHROOM PIE 1

Ingredients :

  • 350 g of mushrooms,

  • 1 chopped onion,

  • 1 green onion, chopped

  • 30 grams of butter,

  • 50 grated cheese,

  • 50 grams of fontina cheese,

  • 3 eggs,

  • 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 of pepper,

  • 100 cc. cream or cream cheese,

  • 1 pie crust



Preparation :

  • Sauté the onion and spring onion in butter, add the washed mushrooms, cut in half lengthwise, and cook for 3 minutes. Season.

  • Line a 22cm mould with the pie dough and fill with the mushrooms.

  • Beat the eggs with the cream and cheese, add the grated cheese, and season. Pour over the mushrooms.

  • Cook in a moderate oven for 20 min.
