Ingredients : 350 g of mushrooms, 1 chopped onion, 1 green onion, chopped 30 grams of butter, 50 grated cheese, 50 grams of fontina cheese, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 of pepper, 100 cc. cream or cream cheese, 1 pie crust
Preparation : Sauté the onion and spring onion in butter, add the washed mushrooms, cut in half lengthwise, and cook for 3 minutes. Season. Line a 22cm mould with the pie dough and fill with the mushrooms. Beat the eggs with the cream and cheese, add the grated cheese, and season. Pour over the mushrooms. Cook in a moderate oven for 20 min.
