Ingredients: 1/2 kg apples, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) Procedure: Peel the apples and cut them into thick slices. Cook them in a pierced ovenproof bag. Cook for a maximum of 8 minutes. Remove the bag and mash the apples in the bag until they are smooth. Add sugar and extract and mix. |
