Microwave Wine and Mustard Sauce

Ingredients :

  • 40 g of butter, margarine or oil

  • 25 gr of flour,

  • 2 tbsp mustard,

  • 1 egg,

  • ¼ liter of white wine,

  • 125 cm3 of water


Preparation :

  • Mix the butter with the flour, mustard, egg, wine, and water. Cook gently for 3 minutes, stirring twice.

  • Serve over meat, chicken, fish or pasta
