Ingredients 500 grams of prepared or self-rising flour 250 grams of sugar 100 ml of neutral oil 3 seedless mandarins 3 eggs 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence.
Preparation Wash the mandarins, put the eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla extract, and the mandarins, peeled and cut into quarters (to make blending easier), in the blender. Blend until smooth. In a large bowl, sift the 500 grams of flour and the baking powder, pour in the blended mixture, and mix with a whisk. Once well integrated and without lumps, we pour it into a floured and buttered baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Before removing it, pierce the center with a toothpick; if it comes out dry, it's ready. Let it cool, unmold and enjoy!!
