Ingredients : 1/2 Kg. of lentils, 1/4 kg of chopped onion, 1 chopped chili pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 can of tomatoes, 2 diced carrots, 2 diced potatoes, 1 1/2 l of broth
Preparation : Boil the lentils. Fry the onion, chili, garlic, and tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes. Add the carrots and potatoes. Add the lentils and broth. Cook for a long time over low heat.
