LEIKAJ BLACK (ADRI Z) (MY FAVORITE!)

Ingredients :

• 1/2 KG OF self-rising flour.,

• 1 cup of sugar,

• 1 cup of honey,

• 1 cup of oil,

• 3 eggs,

• 1 glass of strong tea,

• 1 pinch of baking soda,

• zest of 1 lemon,

• 2 tbsp bitter cocoa powder

Preparation

• Mix everything except the tea.

• Beat and then add the tea.

• Medium oven 30 to 40 min
