EASY CHOCOLATE SPONGE

Ingredients :

use the same cup for all measurements

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 large cup of sugar

  • 1 cup of self-rising flour

  • 1/2 cup of Nesquik

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa

  • 1 cup of hot water

  • 1/2 cup of oil



Preparation

  • Preheat the oven

  • mix the eggs with the sugar (approx. 5 min.).

  • Separately, mix the flour, Nesquik, bitter cocoa, water, and oil.

  • Combine the two mixtures

  • Then pour into a greased and floured mold.

  • Bake in a medium oven for approximately 40 minutes (depending on the oven).

  • When the toothpick comes out dry, it's OK.
