Ingredients : 1 kg of green apples 1/2 cup of sugar cinnamon (optional) 1 puff pastry cover 1 egg sugar for sprinkling
Preparation : Cut the peeled apples into small cubes. Heat in a pan with the sugar and 100 grams of cinnamon until golden brown. I used puff pastry. I rolled it out and made some strips. I'll seal them and sprinkle them with egg and sugar. 20 or 30 minutes in a soft oven because otherwise the dough will burn on top and remain raw underneath.
