INGREDIENTS : 2 cups of rice salt oregano nutmeg 1 pot of cream grated cheese butter buttery cheese sliced tomato
Preparation : Boil the rice al dente. Drain and, while still hot, season with salt, oregano, and nutmeg. Add the cream and grated cheese. In a greased Pyrex dish, alternate a layer of rice with squares of buttery cheese, sliced tomato, and grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes in a medium oven
